It all started in 1911 with my grandfather, Frank Reitzas. Working 14-hour days as a knitter in New York City, he scraped together $50 and bought his own knitting machine. As he labored nights, Grandma Flora sold his fabric each day and our family was in business.

Frank used to say...

The best doesn't have to be expensive. Give them the best and let them go home with some change in their pockets.

Traditional New England value -- and it's served us well to this very day.

There's a lot of talk today about buying American -- Made in the USA. We've been making our knitted goods here for over 85 years. All of our knitwear is made and shipped right from our historic granite mill in Fall River, Massachusetts. We like to give every garment our personal attention from knitting to shipping!
